Thanks to all the visitors

It was a great run for the Scary Art Project.  We had a lot of great visitors, met a bunch of great art lovers and artists and even sold a few pieces in the process.  I'll post a few pictures from the show in the next couple days and I'll continue to post on this website with information about next year's show.  We are looking to expand and make this a bigger event every year.

Thanks also to Art Lab for providing a great space for our show and giving local artists to exhibit and sell their work.

A Very Successful Opening Night

It was a great opening night.  Despite the rainy weather, we had a nice turnout. A number of art pieces (even I picked up a piece).  I would be posting pictures of the event, but the SD card on my camera failed and Craig's camera was on the fritz so... I swear that there will be pics to post this Saturday.

If you didn't get a chance to check out our exhibit, don't worry.  We will have more hours this Halloween weekend on Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.  Stop by and say 'hi' and help support your local artists.

Tomorrow We Hang

... the art.  Wednesday night we will be hanging the art and getting set up for Friday's big opening.   My art piece is almost done. Nothing like getting it down to the wire.

It's On Like Donkey Kong

The postcards are being printed even as I am typing this.  The dates and times are pretty set.  We might add a few more open days depending on the availability of the space.

We hang  the show on the 20th and the fun hits the fan at the Opening Night Party on Friday, October 22nd from 6-10:30pm!  We are encourage costumes so come dressed for excess.  See ya then!
